Data Deletion Requests

This page explains how to request the deletion of your data for Hexkeep: Match-3 RPG ("Hexkeep", "the Game"), developed by Ozcan Yesilyurt. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

Email hexkeepgame@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Tell us which platform you play on (iOS or Android) and, if you can, the approximate date you installed the Game. If the Game is still installed, please contact us before uninstalling — it helps us locate the data linked to your installation.
We will confirm your request by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Cloud save data — your game progress (levels, currencies, items, quest progress, and purchase-entitlement flags) stored in our cloud save service (Google Firebase), together with the automatically created anonymous account it belongs to.
The anonymous player identifier and the analytics and crash data we can identify as belonging to your installation, removed via our service providers' user-deletion mechanisms.
Local data on your device is under your control: uninstalling the Game (iOS) or uninstalling / clearing app data (Android) removes it. The randomly generated save-recovery credential kept in your device's secure storage becomes permanently inoperative once the cloud account above is deleted.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase and transaction records are processed and retained by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their own policies (we never receive or store payment card details). Our own purchase-entitlement flags are part of the cloud save and are deleted with it.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics that are not linked to you may be retained.
Records we are legally required to keep (for example for accounting or fraud prevention) are retained no longer than the law requires.
Analytics and crash data that cannot be linked to you expires automatically under our service providers' standard retention periods, as described in the Privacy Policy.
